Instant Transfers with NeXus

NeXus Transfers are a way for clients within the Deus X Pay ecosystem to effortlessly send and receive funds through instantaneous cryptocurrency settlements - at no cost.

Note: NeXus is available to all clients that have access to the Deus X Pay Trade Dashboard. If you would like to explore our trading product and leverage NeXus, please reach out to your relationship manager.

How it works

Blockchain transactions are subject to standard network delays and fluctuating transaction fees. With NeXus, Deus X Pay clients have access to an off-chain, real-time transfer network.

All clients are issued with a unique NeXus ID. This ID enables the exchange of cryptocurrency with other Deus X Pay client accounts.

Exploring NeXus

  1. When logged in to the Deus X Pay Trade Dashboard, navigate to the NeXus*

*if the NeXus menu item is not visible, your user permissions will need to be updated. Navigate to Settings > Users to update user permissions, or contact your account administrator to do so

  1. Your unique NeXus ID can be shared with other Deus X Pay clients to direct incoming settlements to your account wallets

  1. Your NeXus recipient list functions as an address book to store other NeXus client IDs

  1. The History table stores information relating to incoming and outgoing NeXus Transfers

  1. When initiating a NeXus Transfer, you will prompted to select a transfer reason

The options available are as follows:

  • Inter-company transfers
    • Transfer of crypto assets between different legal entities within the same group i.e. parents, subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Intra-company transfers
    • Transfer of crypto assets between branches, business lines, departments, and or accounts within the same legal entity
  • Payment for goods or services
    • The use of crypto assets for the payment of goods and services received
